1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Strength OS! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Human Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Strength OS platform, including our website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.2 Eligibility

Age Requirements:

• You must be at least 20 years old to use the Platform independently
• Users between 13-19 years old may use the Platform with verified parental consent
• Users under 13 years old are not permitted to use the Platform

Parental Consent: If you are under 20 years old, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms. Parents are responsible for monitoring their minor child's use of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Strength OS is a comprehensive strength training and coaching platform that provides features for Athletes (training management, logging, analytics), Coaches (athlete management, programming, communication), and Organizations (multi-user management, billing).

Supported Platforms: The service is available via Web (modern browsers), iOS (13.0 or later), and Android (8.0 or later).

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may register using email/password, phone number, or supported OAuth providers (Google, Facebook, Apple, GitHub). You must provide accurate information and complete the verification process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You should use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication where available. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Termination

Your Right: You may close your account at any time via Settings. Data is deleted after a 30-day grace period.
Our Right: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, non-payment, or security threats.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You must use the Platform only for its intended purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal Activities: Violating laws, infringing IP rights, or distributing malware.
• Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others.
• Platform Integrity: Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or using bots/scrapers.
• Content Violations: Posting sexually explicit, violent, or misleading content.

Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and media you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit your content solely for providing and improving the Platform.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Human Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. and protected by international laws. Your license to use the Platform is limited, non-exclusive, and revocable.

6. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer various tiers: Free Plan (basic features), Athlete Plan (full analytics, coach access), Coach Plan (athlete management), and Organization Plan (admin dashboard, custom branding).

Trials: Paid plans may include a free trial period. Automatic conversion to a paid subscription occurs after the trial unless cancelled.

Billing: Payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, PromptPay). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

7. Coach-Athlete Relationships

Relationships are established via invitations. Coaches have access to their athletes' training data. Both parties must maintain professional conduct. Strength OS is a platform provider and is not liable for disputes arising within these relationships.

8. Health and Medical Disclaimers

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: Strength OS is a training management platform, NOT a medical device. Content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new training program.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Physical training involves inherent risks of injury or death. You assume all risks of using the Platform and are responsible for assessing your own fitness level and safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or 1,000 THB, whichever is greater.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through informal resolution, followed by voluntary mediation, and finally through the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
